Rising Starz Dance Academy 2024 Summer Camps and Classes

Similar to our Mini Dance Camps, we will be offering a single day dance intensive for dancers seeking a serious dance workshop and technical training.  Dancers will train in 6 genres: Clogging, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater, and Tap.

July 25th, 9:00AM - 3:30PM, Ages 5-9

July 26th, 9:00AM - 3:30PM, Ages 10+

Cost for the intensive is $20 a Class or $95 for the entire day.

This class is mandatory for our competitive dancers and HIGHLY recommended for all dancers wanting to see major improvement in turn out, foot development, strength, proper placement, and more.   Learn all the proper placements to increase your overall dance abilities and still have some fun. There will be 6 sessions held across July and August. Join us for one or all and let's work!

AUGUST 5TH AND 7TH

$20 A CLASS OR $90 FOR ALL SESSIONS

 A 45-minute session (per day) camp designed just for 18-month-olds to three-year-olds. This camp serves as a jump start to creative movement, self-discipline, and exercise for the youngest dancer. Basic muscular and mental developments are encouraged in a fun and creative setting.

Ages: 18months-3 years

Date: July 15th - 18th

Time: 4:00pm-4:45pm

Cost: $50

Each summer RSDA offers private technique class classes for any dancers interested in progressing their skills over the summer or keeping their technique sharp. Classes are taught by RSDA staff. Classes are 30 minutes each and are $20.00 per session. Times slots are first come first serve.  You can sign up for 1 or more but once you have signed up for a spot, you will be held responsible for the payment. Spaces are limited and payment for the lesson is due at the time of registration. Sessions will be added as staff availability is found so keep checking back for added options.

Drop in acro classes are offered every Tuesday! There is no commitment to show up to every class so you can come to whichever you like, of all if you prefer!

Cost: $15 per class

For the first time, RSDA will be offering Zumba and Yoga classes! This is a perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to let loose with dance fitness or work on flexibility, strength and balance!  These classes are offered every Thursday and are no commitmen! Come to one, a few, or all!

Dates: July 18th, July 25th, August 1st, August 8th, August 15th, August 22nd, August 29th

Times: Zumba: 6-6:45 PM

Yoga: 7-7:45 PM

Cost: $10 per class or $15 for both classes
